Welcome to Cased by Destiny. By shopping with us, you're agreeing to a few simple terms that keep things transparent and fair for everyone.

Made to order

Every CBD case is produced on demand, made exclusively for you when your order is placed. This means we put real care into every piece and it also means cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production is likely already underway.

Accuracy

We do our best to represent every design as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different on screen versus in person due to display and print variations. This is normal and does not constitute a defect.

Your order

In the rare event that an order cannot be fulfilled on our end, you will receive a full refund promptly.  No questions asked.

Shipping

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, it's in the hands of the carrier. Cased by Destiny is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs, but we're always here to help you navigate any issues that arise.
